According to recent leaks, the Warzone Mobile map should be a similar version of Verdansk with some changes.
On March 10, Warzone fans were thrilled to learn that a mobile version of the game was finally in development.
Although at the moment no specific release date has been communicated, players are already starting to wonder how the Battle Royale will make the game’s weapons and maps work in a mobile setting.
However, thanks to a leak from the famous CoD leaker “TheGhostofHope“, we have learned that the mobile version of BR should bring Verdansk back with some changes.
Warzone Mobile Should Bring Modified Verdansk Back
In a tweet on March 14, TheGhostofHope claimed that Verdansk will be back on the mobile version of Warzone, while specifying however that this “isn’t the same Verdansk we’ve played before on PC and console.”
Verdansk on Warzone Mobile is not the same Verdansk we played before on PC/Console. It’s a mash up of certain POIs and new POIs. Looks pretty cool.

He clarified that it will be a mix of some locations from the original map as well as new places for players to explore.
Ghost also retweeted another post that highlights a small preview of the mapwhich matches job postings that Activison has previously posted.

While this is just a preview and it’s hard to draw any conclusions about which locations have been carried over from Verdansk, GhostOfHope claims to have seen gameplay before, which means the development of the game is already at a fairly advanced stage.
But as a reminder, no launch date has yet been communicated for Warzone Mobile.
