What is causing these recalls?
These sheep’s blue and cream cheeses packaged in the form of a 125 g tray throughout France would be contaminated with listeria monocytogenes. It is therefore strongly recommended for all people who have purchased this product to no longer consume it and to return it directly to the point of sale. The trade will proceed either to an exchange or to a total refund of the sum.
If you or someone in your household has consumed the product and has symptoms such as fever, headache, body aches, a consultation with a doctor is strongly recommended. Be aware that listeriosis can in some cases lead to a serious form and that it has an incubation period of up to eight weeks.
