Wavestone informs its shareholders that the documents relating to the Combined General Meeting which will take place on Tuesday December 5, 2023 are available and can be consulted on its website (www.wavestone.com): Investors area, General Meeting section.

These documents include:

• the notice of meeting;

• the report of the Board of Directors;

• the exemption document from the obligation to publish a prospectus;

• the Contribution Agreement and the reports of the Contribution Commissioner.

The documents provided for in articles R.225-81 and R.225-83 of the Commercial Code are made available to shareholders, in accordance with the applicable regulatory provisions, at the company’s head office: Tour Franklin, 100-101 terrace Boieldieu, 92042 Paris La Défense cedex.

Shareholders can also obtain these documents from Uptevia – General Meetings Service – Cœur Défense, 90-110 Esplanade du Général de Gaulle, 92931 Paris la Défense Cedex.
