(Boursier.com) — For the entire 2023 financial year, the Wedia group achieved consolidated turnover of 13.9 MEUR, an increase of 14% compared to the 2022 financial year restated for activity Galileo (12.3 MEUR).
EBITDA stands at 22% of turnover, Current Operating Profit stands at 1,475 kEUR (compared to 1,222 kEUR in 2022).
Net income before goodwill allocations (796 kEUR) stood at 749 kEUR (compared to 671 kEUR in 2022). The Net Profit of the consolidated group is (47) kEUR, it includes the result of the activities sold for (36) kEUR.
The exit of Galilée from the consolidation scope made it possible to significantly improve the Group’s results.
A dividend of 21 euro cents per share is proposed to the AGM, compared to 17 cents for the previous financial year.
