Three new filters on WhatsApp Business
Meta continues its momentum. After integrating a number of new features into its instant messaging application intended for the general public, the American company is deploying a new feature on WhatsApp Business. Undoubtedly with a view to helping businesses and professionals better manage their clients’ requests, Meta has just added new search engine sorting options for the Android and iOS versions.
This is still the site WABetainfo, known for unearthing the smallest improvements in the application, which spotted the novelty. In addition to being able to restrict the results to messages containing photos, videos, links, GIFs, audio files and / or documents, professionals have three new options. They can now filter messages based on whether the recipient is in their contact list or not, and whether the message has been read or not. In addition, new and old filters can be coupled together for ever more precise results. For now, it is not clear whether this feature will also arrive in the standard version of WhatsApp.
