While the bill relating to the acceleration of the production of renewable energies, already adopted in the Senate, is being discussed in the National Assembly, voices are being raised to warn of a certain number of unthought that could have consequences for another priority of the government: the fight against the artificialization of land and the preservation of biodiversity. Worse: certain elements of the text threaten to aggravate land take, warns Guillaume Sainteny, professor at AgroParisTech and author of an unprecedented study on the taxation of agricultural land in Europe, published in September by the Foundation for Research on biodiversity (FRB).
