Again fuss about a restaurant from restaurateur Martin Ho: According to the online portal Zackzack, there is no approval for the kitchen in the Newman restaurant in the city, but it was opened on Wednesday anyway. According to Ho, only “technical adaptations” are necessary.
The restaurateur and close friend of Federal Chancellor Sebastian Kurz had announced a “great comeback” of the Newman – Negroni & Schnitzel on social media for Wednesday. The online portal questioned this insofar as the city council did not have an operating system permit for the kitchen and it was therefore blocked.
Martin Ho sees it completely differently: “We have a valid permit for the Newman. In agreement with the authorities, technical adaptations will be completed in the kitchen. ”Until the authorities have accepted them, the dishes would be prepared in other kitchens in the house, which is home to several bars and restaurants.
