Report the divorce to Caf, taxes or Social Security
All administrations must be informed of the change in marital status. In fact, this impacts taxable amounts, aid paid or health reimbursements. Each ex-spouse must therefore send a declaration of change of marital status by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt. Joint accounts: who to inform?
