It estimates the ecological impact of these exports “25 times more important” as the production of local flowers. So rather than giving in to the temptation of buying a rose for Valentine’s Day, she suggests turning to seasonal flowers to celebrate your love while reducing your ecological footprint. Among the seasonal flowers that are good to offer for lovers’ celebrations are notably anemones : a black heart and flamboyant colors, this species symbolizes sincerity and passion in particular.
