In astrology, all signs have very different characters. While some have a great reputation, others are not so lucky. This is particularly the case for two of them: Gemini and Scorpio. Yes yes, you read that correctly, these two signs have a very bad reputation. The latter exists wrongly. Shana Lyès, astrologer and author of The great astral trinity at Editions First, explains to us the reasons why these two signs are the most hated of the zodiac and why it is not justified. “There is no right or wrong astrological sign, each has its good sides and its faults”, explains Shana Lyes.
However, it is true that some signs are more or less compatible with others. For example, Gemini forms a perfect duo with Sagittarius. Others are not meant to get along (although there are exceptions), such as Leo and Capricorn. But none of them deserve to be hated. Explanations.
Why is Gemini hated?
“A lot of times we don’t like them because it’s a double sign, just like Pisces,” Shana Lyes says. “Gemini sign is very intellectual. It is ruled by Mercury, the planet of communication.” This makes him a charismatic being but who wants to please others so much that he can sometimes “return his jacket.” “This is why he has the reputation of being a hypocrite, liar, swagger etc. But this is not his goal, the Gemini just wants to bind everyone together and create cohesion in those around him. He is not a hypocrite by nature and even has a candid side. “ His goal is also to find his place because often his entourage rubs off on him so he has trouble finding himself and finding his true personality. By dint of wanting to please everyone, he no longer knows who he is.
Why is Scorpio hated?
“It is true that the Scorpio has a bad reputation, in the zodiac as in popular culture since it refers to a poisonous insect”, says Shana Lyes. But that’s not all. In astrology, we associate Scorpio with death: “People stop at that, when it is death the better to be reborn. This is what happens during Scorpio season.” Another detail that explains its bad reputation? “We associate it with the color black, mourning, but also taboos such as sexuality. It embodies what society likes to hide.”
Scorpio is a water sign. Result: he has intense emotions and he has a strong character. “It’s a sign that likes to go deep and some people who prefer to stay on the surface don’t like it.” This research is often seen as manipulation, when it is not. “At the level of temperament, Scorpio can be in extremes: positive and negative. During periods, he can be very solar, dynamic, happy… But sometimes, he can turn out darker. If we also accept the part of self which is dark, we can work on it and prevent it. ” Where does this part of darkness come from? “This sign is controlled by two planets: Pluto, the star of taboo, sexuality and mourning, and Mars, the star of war.” But this does not mean that Scorpio is a “bad” sign!
