It was the surprise announcement of the week: the PlayStation VR2 will arrive on February 22, 2023 at a price of €599.99. Without conference or appointment, Sony dropped its little bomb in the greatest discretion. Alongside this information, a dozen titles have also confirmed their presence on the new version of the helmet, with some ports and new titles. In new projects, we find Hello Neighbor VR: Search And Rescue. Here is the first information.
The terrifying neighbor also in VR
Building on its success on previous platforms, the franchise Hello Neighbor will return in December for a second opus. Now, it is also available in virtual reality. The concept is similar to the original title, it’s a first-person adventure game with puzzles to complete where you have to investigate your neighbor to discover his terrible secret and escape.
Just to add some new aspects – in addition to being designed for virtual reality, Search and Rescue will feature six different characters with distinct abilities. Apparently Mr. Peterson won’t be the only threat and there are other dangers to be discovered in the hallways that will be experienced through the eyes of one of the toddlers.
Hello Neighbor VR: Search And Rescue will be released in 2023 on PlayStation VR2 but also on the first PlayStation VR. It will be cross-buy so no need to redeem it on either platform. It will also be coming to PC headsets via Steam.
