In addition to a bar, a fitness studio, a sauna, a steam bath and a swimming pool, the property also has a wine cellar with 200 bottles of wine, which can be reached via an underground tunnel. The house is also equipped with an outside kitchen with TV, pizza oven, refrigerator and fireplace, as well as five chimneys, three elevators and a separate apartment for the staff.
