The Xiaomi 13T and 13T Pro are expected to release this summer, and we already have a detailed look at their capabilities.

We’re about to enter the second half of 2023, and as usual, Xiaomi is expected to announce its T-series smartphones soon, about six months after the launch of its main series devices.

Still Leica for the photo

Snoopy Techwhich regularly publishes the technical specifications of mobiles before their officialization, shared the technical sheet of the Xiaomi 13T and 13T Pro.

According to him, the Xiaomi 13T is equipped with an AMOLED CrystalRes display offering a refresh rate of 144 hertz. It is powered by a high-end chip engraved in 4 nm. The identity of the SoC is not revealed, but a previous report mentioned MediaTek’s Dimensity 9200.

The source mentions the presence of 8 GB of RAM, 256 GB of storage space and an impressive 5,000 mAh battery, compatible with fast charging technology at 67 watts.

The optics of the camera will be certified by Leica, already a partner of the brand for the Xiaomi 13 series. Snoopy Tech speaks of a price of 599 pounds sterling, or 700 euros after conversion.

A Xiaomi 13T Pro that is close to 1,000 euros?

The Xiaomi 13T Pro should have the same screen and the same battery as the Xiaomi 13T. However, it would benefit from a more efficient 4 nm SoC, potentially Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, and even faster charging of up to 120 watts.

The Pro model logically has more memory: 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage space. Again, Leica is involved for the photo sensors, but without further information. The price of 799 pounds sterling converts into 930 euros, but it will not necessarily be the price practiced in France.

Both smartphones come with a charger included in the box and under MIUI 14, the manufacturer’s software overlay based on Android 13. Marketing in Europe is expected for the 1er September 2023.
