In Xiaomi’s new flagship series, the Xiaomi 14 Pro will probably not remain the top model for long; an ultra model usually appears a little later. If you look at the rumors and leaks about the Xiaomi 14 Ultra, you get the impression that the Chinese manufacturer sees the Ultra series primarily as a camera smartphone.
Some rumors and leaks are already circulating. For example, the Lytia 900 should serve as a sensor, the battery should have a capacity of 5,180 milliamp hours and the fingerprint sensor used should work differently than in its predecessor. The online magazine Gizmochina now provides further details about Xiaomi’s next smartphone. However, they did not name the source.
New outer ring for the camera
Even if the camera lenses and the flash should be in the same place as you already know from the Xiaomi 13 Ultra, something is changing in the camera. The camera ring that contains the lenses is said to have an outer ring with a “Clous de Paris” look. You may know the term Clous de Paris from wristwatches. There he describes a dial that is designed with pyramid-like elements. But inside the circle you should expect a different design.
The article also specifies the resolution of the cameras. The main sensor should have 200 megapixels. There will also be a 50-megapixel ultra-wide camera and two 50-megapixel telephoto sensors. The two telephoto cameras probably provide a five-fold and 3.2-fold magnification, respectively.
The display will probably have a resolution of 1,440p. According to the leak, the cell phone will have a curved display.
