Yakuza: nearly 3 million PC sales

For years, Japanese developers and publishers have shunned the PC, a platform deemed not as noble as the Playstation of Sony, which hit the land of the Rising Sun. Still, things are moving in the right direction, SEGA was one of the first studios to bring its titles to computers, with success.

At a meeting marking the end of 2021, SEGA has indeed revealed thathe has sold over 2.8 million games in the franchise Yakuza on pc, since the third quarter of the fiscal year 2019. The ports are of quality, the license is cult and one of the last components to date, Yakuza 6: The Song of Life, pointed the tip of its nose on PC at the same time as on Xbox One and Series X | S, all the ingredients are there to seduce the players.

SEGA will therefore continue to pamper players on PC, a platform that attracts other Japanese studios, like Capcom. Sadly, the publisher obviously does not intend to wear the Judgment on computers, the fault undoubtedly with the agency of the actor Takuya Kimura. You can find PCs gaming on Amazon.
