Yes, yes, yes! : New life, I’m coming – 11 tips from Laura Malina Seiler

“Imagine you are given a life. What would you do with it? “Asks Lifecoach and podcaster Laura Malina Seiler at her book premiere in Hamburg.” Live your dreams, brood less, be content and happy. “Our author replies. This is also possible in this life – with these 11 steps.

Perhaps you are one of those happy people who can say with all their hearts: “I would live my life over again.” Then you are already a few arm lengths ahead of many others. Congratulations!

For all other “oh would I have” thinkers and “if-that-and-that-had-not-been” sayers, there is also good news: It is never too late to get the hang of it .

Who wants to spend their lives on the back burner? At least not Laura Malina Seiler. But because every beginning is known to be difficult, she has 11 steps ready for us with which we can now set off – into a new, extraordinary life.

1. Dream big and unshaken

Humility is a virtue. Yeah yeah we know But not when it comes to dreaming. Otherwise our dreams will die before they are even dreamed to an end. Then our inner critic appears promptly and comes around the corner with a flippant “That doesn’t work”. Dream censorship, clearly! Nobody says that dreams really have to be made true. But: They inspire and create new space for creativity. And only big dreams program our brains to look for ways to make them come true. So: dream! Now!

2. Write down your dreams

Instead of censoring our dreams from the start, let’s write them down! This is how they manifest themselves, become visible and have an effect. And then, in a few weeks, months, or years you will find out: All of them have come true. Sounds good right? It is enough to take a moment in the morning or in the evening to jot them down in bullet points and imagine exactly these dreams. You don’t have to have a plan how exactly you should do it now – make dreams come true – but now they are no longer just in your head.

3. Broccoli and Spinach from Universe

If we assume that the universe basically means well to us, we ask ourselves why does it send us these terrible life crises? They’re not beautiful, they hurt and you don’t want them either. But: Crises set something in motion and bring about changes. So we can grow, change things, and learn. That’s why there is always a serving of disgusting vegetables, because only then do we appreciate the ice cream for dessert even more! And let’s be honest: in retrospect, haven’t the previous crises always produced something good?

4. Close your eyes and peace

Our attitudes influence how we perceive the world around us. But sometimes it’s the other way around. We feel controlled, stressed, drained. Then the only thing that helps: retreat! In ourselves.

A short break during the day works wonders. Close your eyes, breathe and question yourself:

“What life do I want to create?”

“Am I in love or in fear?”

“Is my point of view serving me right now?”

“What would love do now?”

5. Do a little deed every day

We all have dreams, but they only come true through one thing, namely through action. And that in turn only depends on ourselves, on our will, our readiness and our perseverance. Instead of working on the perfect plan, take action and start! There are only two options: Either you live your dreams or you don’t.

6. Let the world be part of your plans

We have come this far and then suddenly it shows up: Our inner weaker self. He is now trying with all his might to prevent us from making your plans, because he has no desire to change. So we need a plan to keep the animal in check. The best way to do this is to tell others about your plans. People who love you will remind you of your vision again and again, encourage you and encourage you to persevere.

7. First thing every morning, start the gratitude confetti cannon

Gratitude party after waking up? Yes! This is how it works: Take

  1. When you wake up, take 2 minutes
  2. Keep your eyes closed
  3. Go over in your mind all the things for which you are especially grateful today
  4. Imagine how at every point, be it people, experiences, projects, health or money or even very small things, like the morning coffee, you completely freak out and celebrate a huge party

This way you get up in the morning positively. And, as is well known, the positive should attract the positive. Let’s try it out!

8. As outside, so inside

You probably also know: There are people who are always in a bad mood, always have something to complain about and for whom EVERYTHING always goes wrong. You meet, talk and afterwards you feel very terrible yourself. These people are energy guzzlers who actually just drag us down. So: Even if it sounds tough, now it’s time to sort out. Instead of negative grumpy heads, we’d rather surround ourselves with people who are good for us, right ?!

9. Get a good dose of inspiration

The possibilities are almost limitless to get to know great, exciting, extraordinary people who inspire us. Audiobooks, podcasts, Youtube or magazines, the world has a lot more to offer than Facebook or television programs. How about an exciting online seminar or coaching? Or maybe a workshop with do-gooders, spiritual teachers and successful entrepreneurs?

10. Make someone happy every day

Making other people happy contributes so much to our own wellbeing. Especially when we have just lost access to ourselves. A friendly, helpful gesture can then help to re-inspire ourselves. So: Be just as helpful, creative a person as you would like him to be by your side. Word!

11. Emotions as superpower

What a feeling … All of our absolute superpowers are joy! Because when we rejoice from the bottom of our hearts, we come into a flow state in which we forget space and time. Just a frenzy of joy. And that’s exactly what we want to experience as often as possible.

“Because all doubts, worries and fears are in truth just an illusion that your ego tries to maintain so that you just don’t leave your comfort zone. The ultimate antidote for this illusion is joy. Your ego has no chance against true joy that runs deep comes to your heart. “Laura Malina Seiler in “Nice that you exist”
