An inexpensive and super easy recipe for dinner

There is no season to cook a good quiche. In summer, we prepare it with seasonal vegetables like zucchini while in winter, we opt instead for a version with 4 cheeses to keep warm. No one can resist melted cheese, especially when paired with quiche. It is therefore the perfect dish when you want to treat yourself for dinner. We also keep this recipe developed by the culinary content creator known on TikTok under the nickname Seizemay for difficult ends of the month. The list of ingredients for 4 people:

  • 5 eggs
  • 1 shortcrust pastry
  • 25 cl of liquid crème fraîche
  • 3 tablespoons of thick crème fraîche
  • a generous handful of Comté, cheddar and gruyere
  • a little chives
  • garlic powder and pepper
  • 4 slices of Caprice des Dieux type cheese

The steps of the recipe:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C.
  2. Take a salad bowl and break the eggs into it. Whisk them vigorously before successively adding the liquid and thick crème fraîche, the Comté, the cheddar and the Gruyère.
  3. Before mixing, season with a little chopped chives, garlic powder and pepper. Whisk everything well until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
  4. Place the shortcrust pastry in your quiche mold and bake for around ten minutes.
  5. When the time is up, remove the quiche base from the oven and pour your mixture into it. Place the slices of Caprice des Dieux and sprinkle with a little cheddar before baking one last time for 20 minutes.
