An urgent official trip by the Aargau canton police took a rough end on Thursday. But the two officers concerned were lucky – they were unharmed.
The photo of a reader reporter shows the scene of the accident in Leimbach AG: The patrol car came to a standstill in a corner of the house. The front of the vehicle was damaged in the collision.
Considerable damage to property
The accident happened because of a grazing collision, as Kapo spokesman Bernhard Graser said when asked by Blick. “The patrol was on the road with flashing lights and a siren,” says Graser. “Nobody got hurt.”
According to Graser, there was considerable property damage to the police vehicle. The reason for the urgent business trip is currently unknown. (noo)
