(CercleFinance.com) – The company JP Morgan Chase declared to the AMF that on December 28, 2021, it indirectly crossed the thresholds of 15% of the
capital and voting rights of Accor Acquisition Company and hold, indirectly through the companies it controls, 14.99% of the capital and voting rights of this company.
This crossing of thresholds results from a decrease in the number of Accor Acquisition Company shares held under a contract with a third party (owner of said shares) conferring the right on the company JP Morgan
Chase & Co. to use said actions at any time.
