After the ban, the stones fly

AAt the end, a cobblestone flew through the student council window and pyrotechnics were used. It is unclear from whom the attack came, presumably from sympathizers of the AK Antifa at the University of Halle, which had just been expelled from the student council under questionable circumstances. The perpetrators were gone when the police arrived.

Stones are bad arguments. To be fair, there was no opportunity to raise objections beforehand. First, the public was excluded from the student council meeting for reasons that are not generally understandable, and the representatives of the Antifa working group, whose fate was being decided, only came to the online meeting if they crept in under pseudonyms. Most of them, also for some unknown reason, were not even able to follow the verdict as virtual onlookers. They had moved to the Internet because a previous physical meeting had been prevented by more than a hundred peaceful demonstrators from the left-wing scene in protest against the working group’s ban.
