(AOF) – Amundi and Société Générale announced on Friday the completion of the acquisition of Lyxor by Amundi from Société Générale. All the necessary regulatory and competitive approvals have been obtained. This transaction was carried out for a total price of 825 million euros, two months ahead of schedule. Founded in 1998, Lyxor is one of the major players in the ETF market in Europe and has also developed recognized expertise in active management, in particular thanks to its platform of liquid alternative funds.
