The shoot for the “Sex and the City” spin-off “And Just Like That …” is underway. Now there are snapshots that show Miranda and her family.
When shooting “And Just Like That …”, Miranda Hobbes’ family should not be missing either. Pictures from the set show actress Cynthia Nixon (55) now together with David Eigenberg (57), who played Miranda’s husband Steve Brady in “Sex and the City”. And their son Brady Hobbes is also back in the spin-off. In one of the snapshots, “Carrie Bradshaw” actress Sarah Jessica Parker (56) hugs Niall Cunningham (26), who plays the young man.
So does Miranda lead a happy family life in “And Just Like That …”? In the case of her friend Carrie, pictures from the set recently indicated something else. Bradshaw and her husband Mr. Big (Chris Noth, 66) are said to have problems, leaked beforehand. Photos from the shoot showed Sarah Jessica Parker with another man. And Jon Tenney (59) apparently comes very close to Carrie in the series. In the pictures that the “Daily Mail” showed, the two kiss. Chris Noth, on the other hand, was not seen during the filming in New York.
Start in December
As Miranda, Carrie and Charlotte York-Goldenblatt aka Kristin Davis (56) really fare in their marriages, “Sex and the City” fans can soon see: “And Just Like That …” is on for December 2021 US streaming service HBO Max planned. Cynthia Nixon also directs one of the episodes. The character Samantha (Kim Cattrall, 65) will not be seen.
