The Florianis showed how much they care about the life of the animals when they were called to a room fire on Friday afternoon. When they heard that there were five cats left in the apartment, they didn’t hesitate.
Fat had caught fire in a pan in an apartment on the Daffodil Path. The volunteer fire brigades Weitendorf and Neudorf ob Wildon moved out. At the scene it quickly became clear that the human residents no longer needed their help: after all, there were no more people in the house. However, five cats were still trapped in the apartment.
The respiratory protection team of the FF Neudorf was finally able to carry the burning pan out over the balcony. Thus the fire was under control and the search for the cats could begin.
The mission ended happily: All five cats were saved. The rapid intervention of the 17 Floriani prevented major damage to property. Nobody was injured either.
