AnkerWork, the “pro” brand of the manufacturer Anker, adds a new webcam to its catalog, the B600. It promises to offer an excellent video conferencing experience thanks to its HD sensor and four integrated microphones.
Unveiled at CES 2022, AnkerWork’s B600 hits the market at a time when remote meetings are still the norm in many countries. This webcam with high-end features is aimed at professionals who want to enjoy a good video conferencing experience and offers some interesting elements for this purpose.
We note in particular the possibility of filming in 2K – the manufacturer does not specify it, but it must be a definition of 2,560 x 1,440 pixels – at 30 fps, or at 60 fps in Full HD . The webcam offers an adjustable 95° viewing angle using AnkerWork software and features subject tracking to focus automatically.
Sound and light in the spotlight
In terms of audio, there is a speaker on each side of the webcam, as well as four microphones supported by ambient noise reduction technology to improve call quality. The originality of this B600 also lies in the LED bar which overhangs it, providing a little extra light when lighting conditions are difficult. Brightness adjusts automatically or can be set manually.

Running on Mac or PC, the B600 connects using a USB-C cable, and is available for pre-order for $220. The price in euros is still unknown.
