She was in shock when she learned that her house, located in the Hérault department, had been burglarized. Audrey Lamy was on the other side of France, in the middle of filming, when her housekeeper contacted her to explain the facts. In total, €18,200 in damages were recorded, with the theft, in particular, of several pieces of jewelry and handbags of creators. However, the actress, recently starring in the fourth season of the show LOL, whoever laughs comes outon Amazon Prime, did not wish to file a complaint against the thugs.

And for good reason. The men suspected of having burglarized Audrey Lamy’s house are of Italian-Bosnian origin. Upon discovering that they were illegal immigrants from Eastern Europe, the 43-year-old actress would have been “touched in the heart“. According to information from the magazine Audiencein its edition of Friday April 12, 2024, the companion of Thomas Sabatier “would have preferred to let it flow” rather than adding charges to the file. The burglars also allegedly illegally entered around fifteen other homes during the last quarter of 2022.

Burglary of Audrey Lamy, the verdict falls

Their trial was held on April 3, 2024 according to the newspaper The Free Midi. The three accused appeared before the Montpellier judicial court. Audrey Lamy chose not to be represented, since she had not filed a complaint. The prosecution therefore seized itself, “as per procedure“. Race results: two men were released and the third received a year in prison as well as a ten-year ban on residence on French territory.
