Duchess Meghan and Prince Harry's Oprah interview is still reverberating. The couple now receives support from singer Beyoncé.

Singer Beyoncé (39, "Dangerously In Love") has shown her support for Duchess Meghan (39) and Prince Harry (36) in a special way. While some prominent voices have already commented on the couple's sensational interview with Oprah Winfrey (67) on social media, the musician has published a joint picture with the Duchess on her website. She wrote: "Thank you, Meghan, for your courage and your guidance. We are all strengthened and inspired by you."

Duchess Meghan had accused the British royal family of racism regarding the skin color of son Archie (1) in the interview broadcast last Sunday evening with the US talk show host. However, she did not reveal any details and did not name the person who is said to have had concerns about skin color. The racism allegations are "worrying", it said in a statement by Queen Elizabeth II published a few days after the interview (94). "While some memories can vary, they are taken very seriously and addressed privately by the family," it said. Harry, Meghan and Archie would always be "much loved family members".

In July 2019, Beyoncé and Duchess Meghan met in person for the first time. At the premiere of "The Lion King", the then still royal representative and the superstar met with their partners at the European premiere of the film "The Lion King" in London.
