(AOF) – The mixed general meeting (ordinary and extraordinary) of Bigben Interactive shareholders adopted all the proposed resolutions on Friday, after reading the legal documents. The group specifies that 540 shareholders present or represented owned 12,585,016 shares out of the 19,303,597 shares with voting rights, i.e. 65.19% and therefore more than a quarter of the capital with voting rights. These shares thus represented 15,121,184 votes, or 68.40% of the net voting rights.
