(Boursier.com) — The Group Bleecker announcement of consolidated rental income (turnover) of 7.22 million euros for the 3rd quarter of the fiscal year beginning on September 1, 2022 (4.62 ME for the 3rd quarter of the fiscal year beginning on September 1, 2021 ). Rental income is up by 56.23%.

This positive change is mainly the result of the first rents received under leases recently concluded or renewed on the real estate assets of Sarl Gabrielli (Paris 15th) and Molière (Paris 8th) as well as the favorable trend in rent revision indices.

Rental activity was dynamic since marked by the signing of 5 new leases, for a period ranging from 9 to 12 years depending on the leases, for a total cumulative surface area of approximately 4,356 m2, relating in part to a building located in Gennevilliers and for the balance on two buildings located in Paris (1st and 9th arrondissements).

Over 9 months, cumulative rental income climbed to 22 ME (14.58 ME a year earlier). It is up 50.9%.

Outlook

Bleecker remains confident in the pursuit of its strategy, thanks in particular to its positioning, which is a major asset. Given the economic context generated by the macroeconomic and international situation, Bleecker reserves the right to study new avenues of investment.
