(Boursier.com) — BNP Paribas Immobilier unveils its new LE 1930 project, “which aspires to reconnect with a more serene daily life, connected to nature as much as to transport”. This residential complex of two buildings of three and four floors is located between Avenue Foch and rue Raymond Louviot in Neuilly-Plaisance. Delivery is scheduled for the 2nd quarter of 2024.

“The residence will take up the codes of classical architecture but also certain features of the 1930s. The architects of the A26 BLM agency and Girat Architectes have signed LE 1930, in a rediscovered art of living, which brings back the elegance of the Art Deco style at the forefront of the city” comments the establishment.
“140 accommodations are available from studios to 5-room apartments opening onto the heart of a block, which benefit from optimal exposure and significant light. Equipped with balconies, penthouse terraces or gardens for the ground floor, the two buildings will also benefit from a common garden and a planted pedestrian mall”.
