BNY Mellon IM Appoints Alexandre Gerbaud as Senior Head of Commercial for Institutional Investors

(Boursier.com) — BNY Mellon Investment Management, one of the largest asset managers in the world with more than 1.8 trillion assets under management1, announces today the appointment of Alexandre Gerbaud as senior commercial manager for institutional investors in France, Belgium and Luxembourg.

Based in Paris, Alexandre Gerbaud will be responsible for supporting and advising pension funds, companies, insurance groups, foundations and family offices in order to find the best solutions for their investment needs, drawing on all the strategies and resources of BNY Mellon Investment Management.

With 25 years of experience in asset management, Alexandre Gerbaud previously worked at Amundi ETF, as Head of Institutional Investor Relations for France, Belgium and Luxembourg before joining the ranks of BNY Mellon Investment Management. He held similar positions at Lyxor ETF, Lyxor Asset Management, SGAM Alternative Investments and ABN Amro Bank. He began his career in 1999 at Société Générale. He holds a law degree from the University of Angers and a master’s degree in finance from EDHEC Business School.
