BOA Concept, French specialist in the design, manufacturing and marketing of innovative solutions – robotics and software – dedicated to intralogistics (FR0011365907 – ALBOA) and EASY Systems Benelux, Belgian specialist in handling systems for intralogistics professions and production, announce the signing of a transfer contract with a view to the acquisition by BOA Concept of 70% of the capital of EASY Systems.
The final completion of this investment, which will be paid entirely in cash, should take place by the end of the first quarter of 2024.
BOA Concept designs and manufactures innovative solutions for intralogistics and industry. It develops systems equipped with local intelligence, easy to use and agile. All of its solutions make warehouse automation and robotization accessible to as many people as possible. EASY Systems, a family company established in Belgium and the Netherlands (45 employees including a team of experienced engineers and technicians) has been producing transit systems for the world of intralogistics and production for 15 years in around thirty countries (Germany, United States, China, Brazil, United Arab Emirates).
