Conditions for making preparatory documents available
The company’s shareholders are invited to participate in the Combined General Meeting which will be held on:
Monday October 16, 2023 at 11 a.m.
in Messimy (69510) – 2, avenue de l’Ouest Lyonnais.
The prior notice, including the agenda and draft resolutions, was published in BALO
of September 11, 2023 and the notice of meeting will be published in BALO on September 29, 2023, as well as in the legal notice newspaper “Tout LYON”.
All documents and information provided for in article R225-73-1 of the Commercial Code can be consulted on the company’s website: https://www.boironfinance.fr/assemblee-generale.
They will also be made available to shareholders from the convening of the Meeting, in accordance with the applicable regulatory provisions.
Any registered shareholder may, up to and including the fifth day before the Meeting, ask the company to send them the documents referred to in articles R225-81 and R225-83 of the Commercial Code, preferably by email to the address:

For holders of bearer shares, the exercise of this right is subject to the provision of a certificate of registration in the bearer share accounts held by the authorized intermediary.
Any shareholder may read the documents referred to in articles L225-115 and R225-83 of the Commercial Code at the company’s headquarters no later than September 25, 2023.
