the share savings plan intended to finance small and medium-sized enterprises and medium-sized enterprises (PEA-PME) of the articles
L. 221-32-2 and D. 221-113-5 of the Monetary and Financial Code.
BOIRON securities (FR0000061129 BOI) can therefore be integrated into PEA-PME accounts.
* Companies are eligible if on the one hand they have less than 5,000 employees, an annual turnover of less than 1.5 billion euros or a balance sheet total of less than 2 billion euros. On the other hand, these criteria are assessed on the basis of the accounts of the company issuing the securities concerned and, where applicable, those of the companies with which it constitutes a group.
