The deputies adopted a bill on Tuesday, January 4, says 3DS for differentiation, decentralization and deconcentration. To do this, a better information of parents is planned. In the medium term, families could be targeted, according to the Minister of Public Service quoted by the Figaro.

The exchange of data between upstream administrations is one of the major changes in this text of the law. Until then, this sharing was only carried out after an approach by the citizen. However, the administration will not be able to use these exchanges of data to find out about a possible fraud.

In the case of scholarships, to be identified by the administration, you must remember to tick boxes 7EA, 7EF or 7EG on your tax return, which give access to a tax reduction for tuition fees.

Once informed, it will always be necessary to take the steps to request them in the first year. Since 2019, the payment is then automatic for the following years.

In September 2020, the Caf had set up a service to fight against unpaid alimony. To increase the pressure on bad payers, the government plans to make systematic recourse to the Alimony Collection and Intermediation Agency (Aripa).

Complementary health solidarity (C2S)
