Brownie with little sugar and no butter: a delicious recipe from a dietician: Femme Actuelle Le MAG

The brownie is a chocolate-based cake from the United States, which is a great success among both children and adults. If its taste and texture are very pleasant, its very rich composition is sometimes a little less so, particularly for people who want to pay attention to their figure. Indeed, in its traditional recipe, the brownie contains quite large portions of butter, sugar and chocolate. But don’t panic, in a recent video posted on Instagram, dietician Pauline Budynski, better known as @paulinebudynski_dieteticienne on social networks, delivered a delicious brownie recipe that is very quick to make, without butter and not very sweet.

Brownie: here is an ultra light and delicious chocolate recipe

Does the thought of a brownie make your mouth water? If you want to treat yourself without increasing your calorie intake, the dietitian has shared a recipe for a low-fat brownie to enjoy this essential snack. To make 6 portions of this recipe, you will need:

  • 80 g of flour of your choice (with or without gluten)
  • 80 g of almond powder
  • 40 g coconut sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g of milk of your choice (vegetable or not)
  • 100 g of almond puree (or other oilseed puree)
  • 130 g melted pastry chocolate

As the dietitian points out, it is also possible to put “40 g of almond powder and 40g of coconut powder”.

The different steps of the low-sweet brownie recipe

  1. Mix the flour, almond powder and whole sugar in a salad bowl.
  2. Add the eggs, milk and almond puree.
  3. Add the main ingredient of the recipe to the dough: the previously melted chocolate.
  4. Pour the mixture into a rectangular mold covered with parchment paper to prevent the brownie from sticking.
  5. Bake in a hot oven for 15 minutes at 180°C.

All you have to do is enjoy your brownie with your loved ones.
