Capes is announced for 2023

Spitfire Interactive and Daedalic Entertainment have decided to join forces in a new project, Cloaks. The game, which remains entirely led by the Australian studio, will join Daedalic’s catalog sometime in 2023. It should be available on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series and Nintendo Switch.

Capes is a turn-based superhero strategy game where the goal is to assemble a team of unique heroes. All to fight in the hope of retaking the city from the despots who control it. Indeed, 20 years ago, the supervillains won the battle and have since created a dystopian city where having superpowers is a crime. So far no one has dared to oppose them, and that’s where your team comes in.

It will thus be possible to advance in the campaign of history to carry out missions against the super-villains or to opt for the many secondary missions available. These, in addition to allowing you to take your time to explore the city, will unlock new playable heroes. Many challenges will also be there. And meeting them will allow you to earn skill points in order to increase the powers of your heroes. Without forgetting that they will give you an overview of the history of each of your characters.
