Carmila reports an increase in annual rental income and forecasts a year of growth in 2024


February 13 (Reuters) – Carmila reported a 3.3% increase in its annual rental income on Tuesday, citing “dynamic” rental activity and the signing of 826 leases.

The group’s rental income stood at 368.6 million euros for the 2023 fiscal year, compared to 357 million euros a year ago. Carmila also recorded an annual net profit share of 1.60 euros, up 2.3% year-on-year.

The real estate group indicated that the finalization of the acquisition of Galimmo, scheduled for summer 2024, will have an accretive effect on recurring earnings per share from the first year.

Carmila also announced that it expects recurring earnings per share of at least 1.63 euros in 2024, up 2% year-on-year. (Written by Augustin Turpin)
