CES 2022: HyperX unveils the Cloud Alpha Wireless, a headset with 300 hours of battery life

CES 2022 is in full swing, and HyperX is taking advantage of this tech ball to unveil its Cloud Alpha Wireless headset, with quite impressive battery life.

The CES 2022 allows among other things to discover a whole bunch of new peripherals. In the lot, a headset that is talked about a lot for its autonomy, the Cloud Alpha Wireless from HyperX. This indeed offers the longest battery life on the market with no less than 300 hours (on a single charge). It is necessary all the same 4 hours 30 to be able to ensure the full load, but you can still leave with peace of mind afterwards, especially when going on vacation.

The headset offers an audio experience that is intended to be as immersive as possible with DTS Headphone: X technology, which is understood as a technology for optimizing the sound broadcast through a headset. This Cloud Alpha Wireless is also equipped with the new, improved, custom-designed dual chamber technology. Once again to improve the immersion. The device also benefits from 50mm HyperX speakers which feature a slimmer and lighter design while retaining the sound and performance of the wired version.

Comfort in use

HyperX also promises a certain comfort of use, in particular thanks to the flexible and pliable imitation leather, and to the memory foam. The goal is to avoid as much as possible the “headband effect” on your ears, which can occur after several hours of use. The headband is also padded, for the most hairy among us. And so much the better, because it still weighs 335 g!

The headset is equipped with a two-way removable microphone, with cancellation of ambient noise thanks to a special foam. The headset also has an LED status indicator and integrated audio controls on the headset. This Cloud Alpha Wireless offers 2.4 Ghz connectivity with a range of 20 meters.

This HyperX headset is planned for next february at the rate of $ 199.
