These delicious 3-ingredient brownies are a snap to make
You only need three simple ingredients for this chocolaty brownie – and almost all of them are already waiting on the kitchen shelf to be finally processed.
A small piece of brownie brightens up many a dull afternoon. But you don’t always have all the baking ingredients for the sweet cake at home. The solution: a 3-ingredient brownie!
A creamy dough is quickly mixed from eggs, nut nougat cream and a little flour, which then only has to be baked in the hot oven. It gets nice and juicy thanks to the chocolate cream – eggs make the cake fluffy and perfect!
Recipe: Easy 3 ingredient brownie
The ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 200 g nut nougat cream
- 100 grams of flour
The preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C top and bottom heat. Grease a brownie pan.
- Beat the eggs with a hand mixer until fluffy. Carefully fold the nut nougat cream and the flour into the beaten egg whites.
- Pour the batter into the brownie pan and bake for about 15 minutes. Remove the finished brownie and let cool.
Tip: If you like, you can refine the brownie batter with nuts, chocolate chips, crumbles or fresh berries from stock. Powdered sugar is also suitable for sprinkling the cooled brownie, as is a scoop of creamy ice cream.
