(CercleFinance.com) – In order to carry out its future projects, Claranova announces that its management will propose, at the next general meeting convened for September 4, the appointment of Gabrielle Gauthey and Craig Forman as independent directors.
Currently director of European public affairs and representative of the CEO of TotalEnergies to EU institutions, Gabrielle Gauthey is also a director of Gecina and a member of the French Academy of Technologies.
Craig Forman is Managing Partner of NextNews Ventures, an investment firm in Silicon Valley and New York. He is the former CEO of McClatchy Co, a group that runs daily newspapers and digital assets in 14 US states, including the Miami Herald.
In addition, Claranova recalls its intention to separate the functions of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Following the general meeting, the new board of directors, reinforced by its new members, will meet to elect its new president.
