To the Élysée, they are a hundred, received this Thursday by the president on the occasion of the traditional galette des rois. In the media, on social networks, they are at least as numerous to be indignant. The bakers, therefore, display their dismay, their concern, even their anger. They consider themselves victims of a double penalty: electricity prices, which are sometimes astronomically rising, and the costs of raw materials, starting with flour and butter, which are rising much faster than inflation. Some of them do not fail to politicize the debate. They vilify the Europe of energy and accuse the government of inaction.
