MOSCOW (Reuters) – Russia has so far confirmed 103 cases of infection with the Omicron variant of COVID-19, the director of the Federal Consumer Rights Protection Service Rospotrebnadzor, responsible for public health matters, said on Thursday.
In an interview with state television, Anna Popova said that the appearance of Omicron in Russia was inevitable, and all people entering the territory from risk areas were tested.
