CVC WANTS TO IPO IN AMSTERDAM, ACCORDING TO FINANCIAL TIME
(Reuters) – CVC Capital Partners, Europe’s leading private equity firm, wants to go public in Amsterdam instead of London, the Financial Times reported on Saturday.
According to the daily, which cites four sources familiar with the matter, CVC has informed several investors likely to participate in its IPO. He also warned them that he was aiming for an amount of 25 billion euros for his next private equity fund.
CVC, whose decision to enter the Amsterdam Stock Exchange is not final, hopes to complete its IPO in the second half.
