For the Beckham family, just before Christmas, another celebration of love was on the agenda. David Beckham’s father Ted married his partner in a small ceremony.
David Beckham, 46, was allowed to play a very special role on Saturday, December 11, 2021. His father Ted Beckham, 73, dared to go to the altar again and gave his partner Hilary Meredith, 62, the word of consent. David was his father’s best man on this big day and attended the wedding with his wife Victoria Beckham, 47, and three of the four children.

In 2019 it became known that the father of the soccer legend has a new girlfriend by his side. The engagement followed in early 2020. Now the couple has taken the big step. Photos from “The Sun”, show David on arrival at the wedding location in London.
There are no recordings of the happy bride and groom yet. However, the British lawyer has already changed her name on Twitter. Hilary has apparently opted for the double name Meredith-Beckham.

As an insider told “The Sun”, the wedding ceremony and the subsequent celebration are said to have been a small celebration in the closest circle of the family. “Ted is in their 70s and Hilary is in their 60s. It was their second wedding so they didn’t want to make a big fuss about it, but the whole family was thrilled to be there,” said the anonymous source.
In addition to Victoria and David Beckham, Romeo Beckham, 19, and girlfriend Mia Regan, 19, attended the intimate ceremony. Harper Beckham, 10, is also said to have attended her grandfather’s wedding, as did her brother Cruz, 16. British media suspect that Brooklyn Beckham, 22, is currently in the US and therefore missed his grandfather’s big day.
