The crossing of 17,000 for the occasion was hardly in doubt after 2 previous peaks recorded at 17,033 then 17,037 on February 6 and 12.
The last oscillation between 16,800 and 16,400 Points (from January 2 to 17) augured a target of 17,200 Points: only 0.65% is needed to validate it… almost a formality for February 16 ?
