"Deal concluded": very moved, a seller takes part in the broadcast after the death of his father: Femme Actuelle Le MAG

Her father never missed an episode. Thursday, July 16, 2020, a seller named Jacques came to the studios of the France 2 show Deal concluded, driven by a very specific mission. Jacques was indeed there to respect a wish of his deceased father. The latter, a fan of the program presented by Sophie Davant, wanted his son to try his luck by bringing an object to sell. Thus, he had a cartel valued (a pendulum, editor's note) at 700 euros. "This cartel came from my father, who has just died unfortunately. He made me known Deal concluded. He said to me 'Great, one day you will take the clock and you will go to make a deal done'. And my wife during confinement said to me: 'I sign up, you try and you will see' ", he explains to the attentive host.

"We pay a little tribute to your dad"

Jacques then went into the auction room. Very moved, he explained his adventure to buyers, visibly touched by his father's story. "He died on December 31, 2019, my wife during confinement said to me 'Listen to your father's choice to spend in Deal concluded'. I didn't know the show at all but he never missed an episode ", declares the seller, on the verge of tears. "Oh … little cat, moves Caroline Margeridon. We pay a little tribute to your dad ". The cartel attracted a lot of buyers, however, they explained that it had to be improved first. "It costs two arms", again testified Caroline Margeridon. Finally, after numerous auctions, the latter bought the precious object at a price of 1,800 euros. A beautiful gift for Jacques, in honor of Marcel, his late father.
