(CercleFinance.com) – Delta Plus Group announces the acquisition of the Italian company Maspica, designer and manufacturer of safety shoes
top of the range in Europe under the Sixton Peak brand.
Via its production unit located in Italy, the Maspica Group produces one million pairs of safety shoes each year and employs 550 people in Europe for a turnover of 32.3 ME in 2020.
Thus, Germany, Benelux, Italy, France, Switzerland and Scandinavia represent 77% of the turnover achieved by the company in 2021.
The integration of Maspica within the Group will allow Delta Plus Group to benefit from strong geographical complementarity in Europe, and at the same time to complete its footwear offer in the high-end segment.
