To make this balanced recipe you will need:

-1 cauliflower

-400g shrimp

-200g chickpeas

-8 slices of cereal bread

-1 red onion

-1 clove of garlic

-150ml of water (adjust during cooking if necessary)

-400ml of coconut milk

-2 tablespoons of cornstarch

-2 tablespoons of tandoori curry

-1 tablespoon of curry

-1 tablespoon of olive oil

-A few cashew nuts

-Fresh coriander

-Salt and pepper

Note that the list of ingredients is for four people. Once all the ingredients are gathered, all you have to do is put on your apron and get cooking. Regarding the preparation, nothing could be simpler. All you need to do is cook the cauliflower, garlic and onion in a pan for 10 minutes, then simmer for a further 20 minutes once all the other ingredients have been added.
