DossierFacile is a public platform that facilitates the creation of rental files. She is there to reassure owners and tenants.
Free, DossierFacile allows tenants to compile their file rental online. After validation, the documents are protected against fraud by affixing a watermark. Future tenants will then be able to send their file to owners and landlords via the platform itself or directly in PDF format.

To complete the files, rental candidates must provide:
- A piece of identity
- Proof of address
- A proof of professional status
- A proof of resources
- A tax notice
- Evidence of guarantor(s)
Housing and real estate: what changes in 2022
Thanks to the platform, the file is labeled by the State which provides security for both tenants and owners. Indeed, thanks to checks carried out, the latter may avoid unpleasant surprises and false statements. By creating an account, they will be able to access the files of all potential tenants (previously completed). A way for them to save time since they won’t have to check the consistency of the information provided.

All folders are protected and deleted by default 30 days after the last connection. Without waiting for the end of this period, users can obviously withdraw their file at any time and delete their account.
