Rare appearance with Prince Charles and Camilla

Duchess Kate accompanied her in-laws to an event. That’s surprising: She’s rarely seen alone with Charles and Camilla.
Duchess Kate (40) accompanied her in-laws Prince Charles (73) and Duchess Camilla (74) to an event. Prince William (39), on the other hand, was absent from the visit to the “Prince’s Foundation” in London.
The joint visit is at least a little surprising: a performance by the royals in threes – without Prince William – is rarely seen.
Duchess Kate has similar interests as her father-in-law
Prince Charles and his daughter-in-law share an interest in art. During their most recent visit, they met Camilla, among others, students from the School of Traditional Arts, who presented their projects to them. According to “People” magazine, the event was also attended by Members of the “Modern Artisan” project, a sustainable luxury fashion label. There, the royal visitors were shown how to make a kilt.
For her appearance, Duchess Kate opted for a gray coat dress by Catherine Walker. She combined black accessories like a bag by Mulberry, suede pumps by Gianvito Rossi and tights. She wore her dress – in line with the topic of sustainability – in 2019 at a joint appearance with Queen Elizabeth (95) at King’s College in London.
